Yorkshire Ripper claims it is human right to have a state pension despite being jailed for murders of 13 women

Serial killer Peter Sutcliffe plans to go to the European Court of Human Rights arguing that he has a right to draw a state pension because he paid his taxes while he was working before being jailed for the brutal murders of 13 women in 1981.
