Phone firms will be forced to cut off your internet if you illegally download music or films after appeal court backs Government curbs

The ruling came after BT and TalkTalk lost their appeal to overturn government legislation designed to combat 'online piracy' - a crime that costs the creative industry some £400 million a year.
